1. Natural crystals & Product Variations

All our crystal jewellery is made with genuine natural crystals. Because crystals are formed naturally, no two stones are exactly alike. Variations in colour, pattern, shape, texture and natural inclusions are part of what makes each piece unique. We do our best to photograph and describe our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions. Natural variations and characteristics are not considered faults unless the product differs materially from its description.

2. Product Sizes & Measurements

All measurements, sizes and weights are provided as accurately as possible. As many of our products contain natural crystals and are individually assembled, slight variations may occur. Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

3. Orders & Availability

All products are subject to availability. As we work with natural crystals and limited quantities, some designs may not be restocked once sold out. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Full Moon Crystals operates from El Gouna, Egypt. Shipping options, delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at checkout or before payment for orders arranged directly through social media. International shipping is available depending on the destination, applicable shipping restrictions and courier arrangements.

Where tracking is provided, customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable import duties, customs fees or local taxes will be communicated where known. Customers may be responsible for additional charges imposed by their destination country, where permitted by law. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Full Moon Crystals purchase. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns of non-faulty items are subject to applicable consumer laws and our published returns conditions. Where a return is permitted, items should be unworn, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers may be responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns, where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, include your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Where an item must be returned because it is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

We may offer personalised sourcing for larger crystals, unusual specimens or special requests. Availability, pricing, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be discussed individually before an order is confirmed.
